    Modern design for two families under one roof. The scope provided a comfortable living environment for all with privacy designed in to meet the needs of the clients. A common kitchen allows for the family to congregate when they are not using the outdoor amenities for evening relaxation.

  • Stratford Twilight

    A custom green home with impressive skyline views of Austin.

     This high profile Austin couple chose a heavy dose of green construction when designing and accessorizing for Stratford Twilight and their property.  Recycled materials, rainwater collection, and many other green elements were the focus for the entire project. The property is protected from the construction debris to provide many natural elements from pre-construction to final walk thru.  The interior features breathtaking views of downtown, modern stair and ceiling details combined with a sensibility for everyday enjoyment.

  • Modern Bungalow

    A traditional-style remodel for preservation and modern upgrades.

    A complete redevelopment of a 1930’s bungalow brought new life to a traditional Austin home.  The old details were recast with a new life for an “on-the-go” client. Features, such as the updated kitchen and refinished hardwood floors, create a beautiful, traditionally inspired home. Ceiling heights were raised to offer an airy feel to the family living areas. Meticulous preservation of the original windows are complemented the the addition of new, modern windows.

  • Mendocino Modern

    An elegant custom home for everyday Austin living.

     A quick timeline led to an expeditious build for this Austin couple. The interior designer and architect pulled together plans and finishes in order to move from design to completion in 14 months. The Mendocino home features a gourmet kitchen, wine room, spa inspired master bath and lanai doors for the parties to spill outside.  The home was featured in Austin Home in Living for elegant lifestyles.

     A stylish design resonates throughout great interior and exterior detailing. The entry thru a stone portico highlights an enclosed courtyard.  The interior’s use of wood and glass provide tranquility and life to an exquisitely decorated home. The backyard features a dark plaster pool and cooking center for the weekend football parties. A study separated from the main quarters offers privacy for a true home office.

    Builders Notes

    This client planned a beautiful home for quite a while. When the time was right, we demoed the old structure, planted a new seed, and boy did it blossom. With the help of one of Austin’s top architects and interior designers, this power couple created their new dream residence. The home overlooks Barton Creek Preserve and has all the elements you would expect in a top tier project in Austin. Fun touches are found throughout the house. It has the essence of old Austin interspersed with new technological features and details. They got this one just right and when it’s filled with kids and friends, you can feel it!

  • Spanish Hacienda

    This home is the very definition of Spanish Hacienda. Imported materials from Mexico adorn every surface, including over 100 different tiles and detailing that perfectly capture the spirit and exuberance of rustic Mexican style.

    This space features a kitchen big enough to feed a crowd, with a full outdoor kitchen complete with a woodfired grill just for good measure. A luxurious pool and patio offer the perfect place to lounge as the sun sets—and an ideal setting for a fiesta later under the stars. As if that wasn’t enough entertainment, a fully-furnished game room invites guests in to enjoy a classic movie in the home theater, partake in a friendly game of pool, or grab a drink at the fully-stocked tequila bar. This was a really fun build for a truly lovely couple. You can definitely understand the draw of this Hacienda paradise!

  • Barton Creek Remodel

    Builders Notes

    This couple took a dated chopped up land constrained home from the early 2000s and knocked it out of the park. They relied on their architect to pull off some razzle dazzle by moving the kitchen from one end of the house to the other, removed one massive structural wall, and sacrificed 200 sq ft for a larger patio and a pool. They brightened up the room by adding 32’ of glass on the back, a new front door, and clearstory windows above the kitchen cabinets. It was a dream come true and it all started with a desire to downsize during the pandemic.
